I think he used that same reasoning as Israel, or something along those lines, either which way it broke the economy there too. I'm fine with passing the smaller purchase if Econ can keep an eye on the spending and be sure to give it a rocky road.

I am more than willing to keep an eye on overall spending and start pressuring players to ease it. I am doing the quarterly budgets and will have a few stories out on some countries out in a few.

I noticed India has cancelled its upgrade project. Any suggestions on much savings we shall award Indira in her desperate attempts to save India's economy and carry out her military increase?

Given how much of a knife-edge the region is still on, I doubt many investors would be willing to invest in an area that might be under a crater tomorrow.

I say anywhere from 25%-50% comes back, the rest wouldn't because of the fears of war.
